This charming old Tudor building that was once a Pin Factory, has been lovingly restored and is the perfect home for Gloucester Life Museum. It's much the same inside, be prepared to climb lots of wooden stairs leading to the three floors. Nice display settings...More

The museum building is old and worth a visit just for this. However, the museum is quite nice and makes the most of the displays they have.

A diverse and very interesting collection of exhibits, set in a handsome black and white C15th building in Gloucester's historic Westgate street. The building is a very appealing structure, with sympathetic restoration over three floors in this former pin factory. Each floor reflects the social...More

This little gem offers a mine of information about how life was. Amazing property centuries old...very rarely been in such a well maintained antique! Cannot believe so little money is going in to keep this place going...council ought to be marketing this to tourists who...More

Got a membership for family, £15.00 for the year for both museums. Great for taking the grandchildren. Loved the new rooms downstairs but far too many things display!shed that I remember. Made me feel old. Kids love the outside play shed.
