Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

hmmm...so to be botanical gardens, I believe some criteria have to be met...
such as ;

A reasonable degree of permanence
An underlying scientific basis for the collections
Proper documentation of the collections, including wild origin
Monitoring of the plants in the collections
Adequate labelling of the plants
Open to the public
Communication of information to other gardens, institutions and the public
Exchange of seed or other materials with other botanic gardens, arboreta or research institutions
Undertaking of scientific or technical research on plants in the collections
Maintanence of research programs in plant taxonomy in associated herbaria.

So the gardens, such that they are, are permanent. There appears to be no Scientific basis for the collection, nor documentation. There is no labelling of plants. This area is open to the public. As for exchanging seeds...there are no unique plants here.

Essentially this is a nature reserve. It's a pretty place with toilets and undercover BBQ. The BBQ is dirty.

It is a pretty area to walk through although I was swooped by a magpie towards the end of the walk. It is also not far from the main road, with reasonable area for parking cars...but the area is not well labeled to indicate it is even here.

April is probably not the right time to visit. Everything was very brown after a long dry summer. Nothing very special about the gardens, small but not that far from the centre of the town.

These pleasant gardens have many local eucalypts that are a haven for parrots, wattlebirds and other Australian native birds.

I found it an enjoyable haven away from the Kangaroo Flat strip shopping to enjoy my lunch. No one else was visiting.
