We stopped for lunch in our way to the Passage East Ferry. Pleasantly surprised by playground and the effort made for kids. We ordered lunch, the soup was inedible, the burger on kids menu was just awful too. If you are going, go for drinks...More

We travel on the Ballyhack ferry occasionally to go to Waterford. Always drop in on the way back. A real treat. My visiting family always ask to visit when they are here. Quintessential Ireland at its best.

Closest to our hotel and recommended, was lucky enough to go there and the all Ireland Football game was on and made it even better. Excellent food and generous serving, so good we stopped by the next night on way back to hotel

Revisited this place paticularly the old pub. Has not changed still good atmosphere to the place with lovely turf fires. Good pints and lovely staff. Good experience of local culture. Popular among guests attending weddings at nearby faithlegg hotel for pre dinner drinks . Recommended.

I believe it was just a restaurant. But we stayed at a wonderful place very close to Jack Meade's called the Foxmount Country House.
