Very nice parkland course and a good challenge. Plenty of sloping lies which can be a good test. Course on elevated ground and plays good most of the year except for one fairway that can get a little wet. Well worth a visit.

Super course, no bland holes. The course is physically challenging, lots of steep hills but they are integrated very well into the course design + excellent greens. 23 of us played it on a beautiful day and everyone enjoyed it. We had a meal afterwards and it was equally as good, lovely steak with more sides than we could eat,... More

After getting a deal on golfnow a friend and I played the course on a lovely calm sunny spring day. The pro shop is in a wooden cabin and club house is a dated bungalow type building however the reception from kieron the pro is a warm one. The 1st hole is a tricky par 5 and probably left us... New developments have made this course one of the best golf challenges for handicap golfers in this and surrounding area. The sand-based greens are amazingly slick, fairways are lush but well cropped and the views are beautiful any time of the year. Dublin friends could not get over the condition of the course on a recent visit in June of... More

I found it hard work but it was worth it. Great exercise and a lovely course. Very challenging. Everyone very friendly. Bit outside town but that's probably and good thing

This is a challenging course but in fantastic condition - great work by groundsmen to have it like this. However the clubhouse needs upgrading and the provision of food would be a big plus. The very limited menu available during restricted times does not entice a stay at the club for a meal. Could be a top class Golf attraction.
