Our initial impressions of Limerick were not positive to be honest, as we found it grubby, down at heel and full of tawdry shops and coffee houses. We decided to take the tour to try to amend our view. We arrived at the advertised stop...More

It's a good tour. I enjoyed the sights and the historical information. I unfortunately started too late in the day so I could not hop off for visits because I would not be picked up by a later bus. Good overview of the city though.

Just been on this tour with my partner and found the tour very interesting. We have been to limerick many times but learnt a lot more about this maigical city by doing the tour. To walk the whole tour would probably take you 4 hours!...More

Very handy way to see the sights and learn a bit about Limerick. Convenient pick up and drop off points and great value for money too. Tour was great we seen and learned things we would have otherwise missed

This tour lasts about 50 minutes. We saw very little of historic value. The quaint small shops, narrow streets gives it a feel of a quieter era. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in as a child.

The bus takes you on two short loops. Between traffic and stops every few blocks, you could walk the loops faster. The windows were grimy, which made pictures impossible. The commentary lacked any depth. Save your money and walk around downtown yourself.

Limerick is not a very large city and we found this tour adequate to help us get our bearings. There are two routes that are about 45 minutes in total. The driver was not very animated and I think that the tour was pre-recorded. At...More

I will be staying at the Greenhill Resort on Ennis road near Limerick. Is there a stop for the Viking bus tour nearby?
