Another beautiful sight seeing spot to visit while in Kerry. It is accessible in car which is good for families with young kids etc.

Cause that's it. A large cafe, with a small overlook, surrounded by fence so you can't walk around anywhere. Seriously? Much better views other places.

Another area for stunning pictures from the top and especially ladies view. Can see miles of beautiful scenery. Some nice cafes near the top also, perfect for lunch on your journey.

Restaurant at Molls gap is the best and a great view from the restaurant upstairs. Make sure you get there before they close for early supper.

Worth taking a few minutes to stop and enjoy the views at Molls Gap. The Avoca restaurant chain have a restaurant and shop at the gap.

Take the winding road, watch out for the giant tour buses and enjoy the lovely scenery. You can stop at kissane's and see the sheep herding dogs, muckross castle and ross castle along the way.

This is a pretty place. We passed by 4 times going to Kenmare and the other peninsulas from Killarney. Careful driving recommended because the roads are windy. Avoca was a good landmark there. Not much trailheads but there is a smallish lake where lots of...More

Ladies View was kind of vague on the GPS, so I stopped here originally thinking this was Ladies View. So no, Molls Gap is it's own attraction, easily accessed to the side of the main road, and a nice outlook all on it's own.

The problem with Ireland is that there is such a plethora of viewing points that you always have a tendency to compare each with the other. Whereas each has it's own character and beauty. Obviously the ideal weather will affect your judgement and this is...More
