We had good time here. It’s a nice castle which oversees the bay which was used to be transportation point for Normans

I am not sure what we were expecting but, leek and potato soup, smoked salmon, chicken with mushroom sauce and vegetables, with apple pie and cream do not a Medieval Banquet make😡😡 However the entertainment was quite good.

If you have a choice choose Bunratty castle over this one for the medieval banquet experience.
