Our B&B was a mile from the place we were going do we went some of the distance on the riverside walk. It was very pleasant and part of a good trip to Galway.

Taking time to walk along the riverside provides a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the Quay and other densely populated pedestrian streets. The river flows swiftly in the main section but more calmly in the side channel. The walking path is clear...More

I enjoyed being close to the water and seeing some of the houses of Galway. Some lads were jumping into the water which was fun to watch.

Very enjoyable walk along the river, peaceful. Took good pictures. Even with a bot of rain, must do when in town.

Just a nice and peaceful way to get around the city. It is clean and safe . You can stop to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the stream.

My wife and I walked it going for a tour. She liked it so much that it was used for the next day run.

Not sure how far the walk goes, but I walked the trail that begins next to Corrib Village. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Great view of Menlo Castle from across the river.
