Signage poor. Just couldn't find seafood bar. Had to eat in barn type room. Food fair but so agricultural without any finesse. Young people very drunk . Won't be going again.

I have attended race meets in Punchestown, Leopardstown and Fairy House. Galway blows them all out of the water. It is an excellent race course with world class facilities. The most impressive aspect is that while it is an extremely efficient tourism machine, the staff...More

Why did it take so long to open your gates to the public on Sept. 6 ????? It was advertised to open two hours before the first race but several people , myself and my family included , were sitting in our cars for up to 30 minutes . Then when we were in the bar , we were told it was not open because a supervisor was not present and was running late . The bar area , tables and floors , were quite unclean also , as if they had not been touched by any member of staff the previous evening . I was shocked by this tardiness .

We are planning to attend Mad Hatter / Family Day on Sunday. What is the dress attire? We are flying in from the states; Do you the women wear the derby hats on this day or is it more low key?
