What a interesting tour. Guide Neil was great, full of facts and very informative. Was miserable morning but with the craic you never noticed the rain. Would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was a good mix of knowledge and humor. Viewing the Book is but a fraction of the experience.

I had mixed feelings regarding this tour. We did the tour with Phil who is very knowledgeable when it comes to history so we did learn a lot. He was also quite funny and engaging. Seeing the Book of Kells was surreal to think it's...More

The Book of Kells exhibition is well worth seeing to appreciate the stunning caligraphy by monks over 1000 years ago ! However for us the highlight was the library which is amazing. Probably best to go before mid morning or later in the afternoon as...More

What a wonderful and thorough tour. Neil was extremely knowledgeable about everything we visited. He was extremely friendly, made numerous jokes and movie/literary references, and was able to answer any questions we had. A lot of the information he gave us was not included in...More

Skipping the line to the Book of Kells was well worth it. The books are old and small so being able to peer into them at length in an uncrowded area was the best. The tour guide was knowledgeable, funny, gregarious. He explained the many...More

The most impressive "thing" of this tour for me was the library, which looks pretty cool! I have to admit that I was a bit "disappointed" about the book of Kells - it is an old book and I am sorry to say, but it...More

Our Letz Go city tour got us into the book of Kells area ahead of the day's crowd. It's not a long tour, but the time was sufficient. Enjoy.
