Very pretty and ornate, good sound. I watched the Divine Comedy here years ago and got attacked by an usher for trying to take a photography. Never went back since, too frightened!

We managed to see the latest version of Riverdance at this wonderful old Dublin theatre. The dancing was superb and also outstanding performances from the musicians. This production has a lot of variety with Russian dancing, Spanish Flamenco, American Tap, Instrumental solos, beautiful singing and...More

The performance of Riverdance was faultless and moving. Having it in a fairly small venue like this is fantastic. The service from the theatre staff was brilliant

We have long wanted to see Riverdance live and finally got the chance while in Dublin this July. The show is stunning, the musicality and the agility of the dancers is immense. Add to that the intimacy of the Gaiety Theatre just gels the whole...More

I can't help very much with this question. We stayed at The Gresham in O'Connell Street, it was very central with the hop on hop off buses right outside the door! We booked before we left home. Enjoy Dublin.

I think my reply comes late but in case it's not I think it depends on the show not on the location. It would probably be inappropriate for a Schubert concert but ok for Irish dance.

Just saw your question and it was posted 11 hours ago. Can't send the url here and it is cheaper at theater itself rather than at ticketmaster
