Another amazing show. The Mavericks never fail to please. My only gripe? The fact the bar is open all through the show. It was like O'Connell St at rush hour.

We attended Vicar Street on this occasion for a Pat Shortt comedy show. It’s a great venue for a show like this. This venue has a bar but it closes during a performance. During the interval it reopens. This to my opinion is a good...More

Went to a concert there recently. We were sat at a table with four small low rigid seats. After an hour the seats were most uncomfortable and given that there was no interval in the concert, it wasn't that you could get up and walk...More

Vicar Street is ideally suited for comedy. Comedians have better interaction with the audience and there is a fantastic atmosphere about the place. I think all comedy acts in Dublin should be in this venue at least one can see the comedian from anywhere in...More

This is one of those place where you go for what is on, and not for the place itself. We went to see Dara O'Briain, and in that respect we couldn't wish for a better show. Regarding the venue itself, we arrived a bit earlier...More

The bar area is excellent since it was updated and it is a nice spot to have a drink before any of the gigs you might be attending in this venue. Both the security and bar staff are very pleasant. The staging area is a...More

We saw PJ Gallagher here live recently. Good gig. Regular Vicar Streeters! Like this venue a lot. It is big enough to hold 1,000 people seated. Yet no problems with service and entry/exit of the venue. Seems to get a nice crowd. The toilets were...More

Hello! I went to Train in Vicar Street recently and as the fellow travellers said, it was an event for those 18 years of age or older. However, I can definitely say that there were teenagers aged 16-17 there on that night... More
