This is one of the nicest spots in south Dublin for a swim. There always lots of other swimmers around at all hours and life guards during the day. It's tidal though so three hours either side of high tide is nice otherwise you're in...More

I was there with my 2 year old daughter and I am very impressed. First of all the children's menu is excellent, tasty and freshly prepared comparison to other lazy restaurants. The waiting staff was super attentive and smiles a lot. They ensured that all...More

We visited Greystones to fill a bit of time waiting to travel to Dublin airport. We're glad we discovered it. It's the next resort down from Bray and the contrast between the two towns is very obvious. Bray was a bit like Weston Super Mare...More

This is a great spot to swim especially at high tide. In the warm weather the water is warm and you can swim for a long time without a wetsuit and without getting cold . The views of Dublin bay as you swim are great.

I am lucky enough to live near the coast at Seapoint on the south shore of Dublin Bay, just about 7 km from the city, and served by the electric rail DART. The station close to the swimming area is called Monkstown/Salthill. For those who...More
