Quite pleasant but best visited on a cold winter day when it's too cold for public drinking. Cans, bottles, litter all over the place. Also heaps of plastic bags overflowing with rubbish are dotted along the way. Regular groups openly boozing and of course urinating...More

Adjacent to the Blessington St. Basin this park was once a flow of the Royal canal until it was reclaimed. Public transport only..don't drive. Public transport via Dublin Bus to Phibsborough and opposite the Library is the entrance to the park.
