Kieran (hope it's spelled right) was amazing! You can learn lots of ireland's history in a great and very dinamic way! The weather wasn't great at the time but eventhought it was worth our time! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

I think you would be fine , there are no hills , just cobblestone streets , and there is a coffee/ snack break halfway through , the guides are very nice and will wait for everyone at each stop.
