The Irish Dance Party features some of Dublin's funniest and most talented musicians as well as incredible dancers who not only perform for the audience but will teach everyone some steps! The event lasts for approx 2 hours. The Musician will host and MC the event, singing Irish songs and playing Irish instruments, explaining the history of the songs, music, instruments, dances etc in a fun and humorous way. There are also world class, ex-Riverdance Irish Dancers who will give dance performances for the group and also teach the group 3 Irish Dances which last for 20minutes, 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.

What a hoot! We had a great afternoon listening to a brilliant multi-talented musician who also provided backing music to a really talented irish dancer who was very patient and a brilliant teacher to nine of us last Saturday afternoon. We all had a ball and especially enjoyed trying and achieving our dances whilst having enormous fun with our friends.... More

If your in Dublin I would highly recommend the Irish dance party for a taste of Irish dancing. From start to finish the day was amazing, great dancers, local music, entertaining host and a beautiful venue. I've never had such an enjoyable day anywhere else. This is a fab group activity! Aoife and Ruth are so talented and we enjoyed every minute of our music and dance (with Guiness) session! A great way to spend a couple of hours in Dublin

I booked this as a bit of fun for myself and my boyfriend. At €12 each for approx 2 hours I thought it was a good price. When we arrived it was just us 2 and 4 large groups (15-20 per a group) of women! As you can imagine there was no way my partner would feel comfortable joining in... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We're delighted you enjoyed our musician and dancers. We're sorry that you're boyfriend felt uncomfortable. We certainly didn't mean to be misleading in what to expect. On our website the pictures clearly show groups of women at the event. Our weekly Facebook pictures also show groups of hen parties... We were on a hen party, we had a fantastic time, laughed all afternoon. The dancers were great and all the other parties there were so friendly I would highly recommend it to all parties going to Dublin you won't be disappointed.

I visited the show with a few friends in July. When we arrived at the Celt Bar (a very beautiful, traditional Irish venue), the atmosphere was initially good, as there were at least fifty people (mostly hens), full of excitement. The woman greeting us was really nice and had a table reserved for us. So far so good. However, by... More
