As a resident of Rathgar I was honoured to be a card carrying member. Books, films, CD's, books on tape...everything in a historical building. One of the things that makes Rathmines the place where you can find anything...

do I have to make a library card if i need study space in library or if I want to read books in the library?if so what's the procedure of making the card?
