I visited Kinneigh Round Tower on a day I was out exploring. It is unique in that it has a hexagonal base in solid rock. The location is beautiful and peaceful. My Cousin and I visited the Kinneigh Round Tower recently as he is interested in history. It is hard enough to find but once you get to Enniskeane you should be okay. Its history is interesting and being a history buff, I found its structure fascinating, although it hasn't been maintained.

Thanks to the power of the Ordnance Survey Map - we were able to see this place. It's off the main road and wasn't signposted as far as I could see, apart from a small sign pointing to Kinneigh.
