We were a bit late getting to the museum but it is worth a stop. There is a short film before you take the tour. It brought back a lot of memories of the old ways of "life as it was". A good place to...More

Enjoyed it so much that I went twice. Good film about the rise of Irish butter and the EU. Assorted artefacts and interesting information on cow rustling and butter quality control.

The Butter Museum provided a true look at early life in Cork. They have an excellent video to start and wonderful displays with occasional live demonstrations all for a very reasonable cost.
