We had our annual night out in the idle hour on Friday night,my 1st time inside there,I was hugely impressed, the place is buzzing with character and charm, great staff and good selection of beers, ideal spot for a small party and the owner,John is a great guy, great alternative to the sextant next door.

This is a fantastic pub,it is small but the craic is mighty. They have brilliant music on for the oct bank hol weekend (jazz weekend) The staff are brilliant and join in the craic also. The pints are lovely so im told i drink vodka myself and enjoy every one.

A little gem of a bar on the docklands. Old school boozer with a nice "drinking" vibe . Pints are always good and you'll always find someone in there for a chat

I used to live in staggering distance to this pub and met the love of my life there. Great place to go on Saturday night as the owner John O'Connor has the best sound system and the music is proper old school disco . From Lady Gaga to Abba, and not to mention the great jazz groups during the famous... More

Tried all of the bars nearer to the city center but walked in here and felt right at home. Great conversations with great people.

This just looks like a dockside bar with its formica tables etc. However, later in the evening the place rocks with people dancing on chairs, tables and a great buzz envelopes the place. Always a great atmosphere and it has to be seen to be believed. Simply go.
