It is a special discounted rate for Hawaiian locals. I've checked the Smith's website and it doesn't look like they offer any discounts. The only discount is to order online. I believe you save $10 by doing this, otherwise it is more at the door. Also if you plan on drinking a lot of free Mai Tia's at the open bar, I'd hire a cab to bring you home. I think 5-0 is watching this place at the exit for drunk drivers.
