Great opportunity to see a natural creation of basalt columns. Went with Staffa Tours. Best to start out on top first, most people generally head to the cave. Be careful, it's slippery and muddy up there (did a bit of a slip and fall). Time...More

You just can't miss Staffa if you get the chance to see it. It is stunningly beautiful and different from anything I've ever seen. We went despite really bad weather and never regretted the trip. Fingal's Cave is beyond amazing!

This is the second time we've been out to Staffa, and we'd go again! The basalt columnar geography is fascinating, and Fingal's Cave (the inspiration for Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture) is other-worldly. Puffins nest here part of the year, and other birds make their homes here,...More

Ticked off a bucket list item ... & it was such a beautiful sight. We had good enough weather to land on the day we visited - such a treat! Go!

We visited the Isle of Staffa through the West Coast Tours Three Isle tour day trip. Staffa was the highlight of the trip! I didn't realize this, but you can get SO CLOSE to the puffins. Apparently humans scare away puffins' predators, and thereby encourage...More

We used Staffa Trips to visit Staffa and Iona recently and had a great trip. We boarded in Fionnphort on the edge of Mull for our trip to Staffa. We had a sunny day which made all the difference as this island soars out of...More

Moored in Tobermery, weather forecast good so set off for Staffa, we have been before, even had a dive there but that was many years ago. The northerly route is very picturesque taking in Coll and Tyree, if you are lucky dolphins can often be...More

We were lucky with the weather and our visit to the three isles (Mull, Iona and Staffa) was great! The coach driver kept us entertained on the way with his tales of island life. Highly recommended!

We went with one of the boat trips from Iona. Very good crew who showed us seals, baby pups, a sea eagle and if you go before August you have the chance of seeing the puffins before they migrate. The time on Staffa was an...More

I agree with all reviews. There is a lot to see on Iona and Staffa and lots to do in Tobermory. Iona and Staffa is possible but rushed in one day. Tobermory is a drive from there. Good luck.

Hi! There are two tour options here. One is several hours (4-5 from memory) which goes out to the Treshnish Isles to visit on the isle of Lunga to view the puffins, then on to Staffa where you can disembark for an hour or... More
