My travel to Fingal's Cave was amazing. The view was stunning and breathtaking. The rocks can get slippery so be sure not to rush. We saw little jellyfish in the sea foam inside the cave. I liked to look for little snails in the rocks...More

I had mixed feelings about my experiences, I have to admit.  First, the positives.  We were very lucky to arrive at Fionnphort on Mull in almost perfect weather: the sun was out, the sea relatively calm and skies blue.  Maybe a few more dramatic clouds...More

Travelled with staffatours.com, fantastic friendly guys, boat a bit cramped. Fingals cave was a must see at least once in your lifetime. My mobility isn't perfect but I was determined to get round to the cave and although unsteady in very short areas I managed...More

Absolutely loved this. Just the natural beauty of the spot and the various formation of basalt columns were amazing . Hope for a good day as the weather in the highlands is challenging

This tour is one of the most exciting I had because of the wildness of the location. The boat leave you on the cave for about one hour and you're basically in the middle of the sea with an amazing ferrata walk around the rocks....More

It inspired Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture and after visiting it I can understand why. Beyond all I'd imagined, and to be honest it's also a little terrifying, Staffa and Fingal's Cave are truly breath-taking. The Staffa Tours boat docks briefly to allow passengers off onto a...More

Yes, the cave is cool. The best thing about the trip is not the cave, but the Puffins. This is a Puffin paradise. I could have stayed and watched the Puffins all day long. They come so close and do not seem to mind the...More

My wife and I braved the Scottish seas between Tobermory and Fingals Cave. Better trip in the dry, sunny morning although a little choppy across the mouth of Loch Tuath causing a bit of spray on deck! Landing on Staffa to explore the amazing basalt...More

Very unique wee island - looks like a gigantic sculpture carved into the rocks! Very interesting place for geologists and wildlife lovers! If you are lucky, you will get to see where seals give birth to their pups (born white), usually late September or early...More
