We stopped at various points along this drive. The scenery is beautiful, in such peaceful surroundings. There is an excellent place to stop for a picnic with toilets and picnic benches.

Quiet, peaceful drive, beautiful scenery on a crystal clear day. Lovely clean fresh air and time to unwind and enjoy nature as it should be, left alone.

Yes fishing is permitted with a permit obtainable at the forest park visitor centre. Not sure about the camping an email to cowaltrossachs@forestry.gsi.gov.uk might help.
