Very attractive well looked after golf course. Any shots which miss the fairway will be punished in heavy rough and will result in a lost golf ball. Course built on the side of a steep hill so is hard going in places but the views are excellent. Pity the club house is not open most of the time so not... More

Played course with friends , honesty box , 20 quid green fee. Sad that clubhouse is closed most of the time, but course in good condition, greens where slow or did I putt badly? Lovely views and certainly worth the money and a revisit. Quite a demanding walk!!

This really is a challenging course and if you're game is not on form you will be brutally punished with lots of lost balls and the most awful scorecard. I find the 4th the most tricky hole for some reason. Helps to be physically fit to enjoy the course which has many up hills and across hill fairways. 16th ladies... More

Great course with a wonderful welcome. Although there were 12 in our group for the Sunday game it was very quiet and relaxed. Course is well maintained and some cracking views included for free!!! Lots of lost balls in our party but it was well worth the visit. If you enjoy a challenge it's well worth a visit .

Ignore the scorecard and leave your driver in the car. The current weekday fee is £20 but you get a virtually empty golf course and a nice welcome. 6 par 3's between the 5th and 13th but no par 5's on the course. Lots of very short par 4' s to make you look silly, with trees, slopes, rough, blind... More

Don't let the yardage of this course fool you! Whilst this is not the longest of courses, it will be the one that makes you think the most. Not one fairway is horizontally flat, many elevated tees and/or greens, blind tee shots using marker posts for guidance, sunken greens, you name it. I doubt you will play too many courses... More

Well this is the first time a game of golf has taken 6hrs 35 mins - and that was due to us not other players! In fact we only saw a few other golfers and used the honesty box to pay as requested. A very tricky and interesting course - you have to be very accurate which we aren't always.... More

Played this course today while on holiday. Fantastic course (very well maintained) with some really tricky holes. The views are absolutely stunning across the local countryside and Ben Lomond. Definetely going back to play again before my holiday is over.
