Myself and my partner were in the area for an outdoor weekend and after some searching decided to climb up to the water fall. What a treat. A brilliant hike getting a taste of the Nevis range without the same level of exertion as some...More

This is a delightful, hidden gem in the valley formed by Ben Nevis mountain. Note that you drive to the end of the road to get to the small car park. A short distance after crossing the cattle guard in the highway there is a...More

Beautiful waterfall, can’t knock it at all! The narrow winding road in the run up to the waterfall car park is fun too!

This is a fine example of the Journey being just as important as the destination. There had been lots of rain just before I visited so there was a lot of swooshing water, of which I'm a big fan, and some lovely luscious green views....More

This is a substantial hike, not too strenuous, but over some undulating ground, very rocky areas, and with some elevation changes. The sign at the entrance warns of "danger of death" and if one were not careful, it would be possible to fall off of...More

Not too tricky a walk from the car park deep within Glen Nevis. You do have to traverse a small waterfall so walking boots are advised. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a brontosaurus walk round the corner as we enter the valley to the...More

Car park is at the end of a single track road. Plenty of room to park, no amenities though but free. The walk took about 35 minutes to reach the falls, it’s quite a tricky walk up through the woods to the falls with drop...More

Once over the cable bridge, it is very wet and marshy. Wellies a must. Some people were approaching the falls from the left side - Im sure they walked down the river to a shallower point.

Hi, The road leading up to car park is in good condition. It is hilly and twisty but at the right speed is manageable. The last section is a single road, so you just have to go 20 MPH and work with cars coming the other... More
