Thank you to Ticket to Ride for a well organised bike hire experience from booking to return. The booking system was easy and Ticket to Ride answered any queries that I had prior to collection of the bike. Collection was efficient and the Trek Domane AL 4 served me well on a three day tour of the Highlands. There were no mechanical issues or punctures throughout the whole tour despite facing some challenges from the stormy weather. The staff member (I didn't get his name) was keen to know where we were going and he gave us some safety advice on part of our route. A superb service from start to finish that I'd definitely use again.

The staff was great helping plan the rental prior to arriving in Europe. They also did a fantastic job fine tuning the bike the day of. The bicycle was exceptionally well equipped. Highly recommend for any bike packing trip.

What an amazing find this company was - emailed queries were replied to really fast, picking up the bike was completely frictionless, it's a very professional set-up. I know nothing about bikes but even I could tell that the one I hired was solid and very well maintained. On top of that, the team are friendly and helpful and gave me lots of tips about finding the main cycle routes. Best of all, I felt they would have had my back if I needed them. Luckily, the bike was completely problem-free and a combination of it and my now Chris Hoy-like thighs (but probably mostly the bike) gave me eight truly magical days in some stunning areas of Scotland. We rented the bikes for eleven days. The staff was really kind, supportive and patient. They helped to plan our route and were very flexible when we changed our starting date of the bike trip. The bicycles were in a perfect condition, with a kit to fix them in case something happens but we never had any problems with them. We also hired panniers wich were great for all our laguage. It was an amazing time travelling in the nature and seeing all the details you would have missed if you weren’t on a bike.

Excellent customer service from start to finish - we wanted to use our own bike trailer, and Richard was so helpful by email, making sure that we were prepared for when we arrived for collection by helping us confirm our bike trailer would fit the hired e-bikes. Overall, e-bikes are a great way to see the countryside surrounding Inverness, we got great weather and had a simply fantastic time. Bikes were of excellent quality and perfectly maintained. Can't fault it!

Our second time with Ticket to Ride and just as good as first time round. The team were really patient as we had a few last minute changes. The equipment was well looked after and prepared for us. No problems on the ride at all. Thoroughly recommended.

I hired an electric mountain bike from Ticket to Ride for 4 days of cycling around the Black Isle. The guys who looked after me when I picked up and returned the bike were really helpful, friendly and clearly explained to me, as a novice ebike user, how to use the electric drive system. The bike I hired was in excellent condition and very well maintained. I greatly enjoyed the cycling experience and whole heartedly recommend this company.
