    Under Canvas
We came across the Under Canvas open air music experience by accident. We were walking along the River Ness and heard the music. We had a lovely time sitting around and listening. We then came back for a second night where we enjoyed some food and local beverages. There were plenty of places to sit and relax, from formal seating, grassy bank and other tables. We really enjoyed our time relaxing with good food, beer and music. Long may this event continue.

Giovanni delivers sexy performance in Inverness
Great night out at Eden Court Show: Giovanni Let Me Entertain You is a must see! The talent on stage is just incredible. The show is funny, sexy, dynamic & fun! Giovanni & Lauren are at their brilliant best. Singers are sensational. Important Info: walking distance of train station but seemed like lots of car parking options. Lovely location along the River Ness. Bar: efficient service, standard range of drinks on offer. Is open most of the day so can get a snack (such as soup) & drink before the show. Toilets; enough ladies toilets. Clean with hand towels that didn’t run out at interval Fun fact: There is also a cinema.

    Well worth a visit!
Attended a show. We arrived early, plenty of seating in the waiting area, good selection of drink, cakes, sweets and sandwiches etc. Very polite staff, they advised us on when the doors would be open and if we had any mobility issues. The whole place including the toilets were clean. Seats in the threatre were also clean,no rubbish on the floor etc. Would definately go again soon!

July 2021
I usually have good customer service in the times I have visited Eden Court before the pandemic, however, Sunday 11th July around 7:30pm at the bar was sadly amiss. My friend and I had booked a ticket to see the film 'The Father' at La Scala as I have never been before to the Cinema in Eden Court Theatre before as I tend to go to Vue Cinema if I see films. When approaching the bar area I saw a woman getting served at the bar despite the obvious sign saying 'Table Service' which I thought was a bit odd, however perhaps the bar staff had relaxed their rules?

I then ordered at the bar only to be reminded that it was 'Table Service' with a gruff response by a woman with short black hair but decided to continue serving me anyway despite the fact that she served another woman at the bar - no such instruction was given to the customer in front or to me that we were to be seated by bar staff. I was then served anyway and when I only had cash to pay with she made a big issue out of it with a 'sigh' because I did not have a card when there was no signs that explicitly said 'pay by card.' Bad Customer Service.

I will not be back anytime soon and I can hope this is reviewed by competent management for better customer service by bar staff.

Attended theatre last night & evening totally spoilt by a broken seat,. The cushioned part of arm was adrift from metal frame and every time I put my elbow on it, it moved banging my elbow. Plus, person front sat and filmed the show on her phone with the light distracting. The usher stood behind us but never said anything

Dear Savvytreaveller, Thank you for your review following your recent visit. Firstly I would like to apologise for the issues with your seat. If you could email me your seat number to lrandall@eden-court.co.uk and I will ensure that this gets attended to if it has not already been. In regards to the patron on her phone I do believe I know which incident you are referring to, if you were attending Brendan Cole. The patron was spoken to at the interval however on this occasion the company had allowed photography. I am sorry that it affected your visit. If you ever have any issues during your visit please bring this to to the attention of an usher and they will do their utmost to resolve any issues. I do hope that we can welcome you back to Eden Court in the near future. Kindest regards Lindsey Randall Head of Visitor Experience

Just wanted to congratulate the team for fantastic service and making our trip to the theatre one to remember. Our phone call in to purchase tickets was handled so professionally and the young lady was extremely helpful - questions about using an access card to order companion ticket, information about accessibility, disabled parking, etc. The ambience around the venue was fantastic - live music outside and lots of people enjoying food and drink in the sunshine. The staff indoors were so helpful. We were shown the lift to access our seats and the staff member even came in to press the correct button for us. Being shown exactly to our seats. This makes a change from other venues being loosely pointed in the direction. To top it off The Stamping Ground was amazing. Just a big thank you to the staff and management for the theatre experience. We don’t live in the immediate area but the trip north was a special one.

Attempted to book tickets online - got stuck in 'create account' jail. If they can't get the thing coded properly they should take it down. Woeful way to treat potential customers, and potential visitors to Inverness.

I came with my grandparents to see Brendan Cole in the theatre. The show and dancing were just great. Also the staff member / usher who was inside was so friendly and helpful. He organised a shout out from Brendan at very short notice for my grandparents with no fuss at all. He made their night... Thank you Eden Court.

The Eden Court development is bright, airy and clean. The seats in the auditorium were very comfortable and leg room was particularly good. COVID regulations were in place including contact tracing, which the staff checked each customer had signed up too. So good to see this as many public venues (restaurants, etc.) cannot be bothered.
