Theatre was nice and clean but the seat was cramped to the point I couldn’t feel my knees by the end of the show. It was absolutely boiling hot and the seat was as straight as a wooden plank! The view was alright, did have to tilt my head from side to side to see past someone infront of me but besides that. If they added some air conditioning the experience would have been better

Fantastic Customer Service at its best
I would like to thank the two ladies that were working on Saturday night of the 6th of January. I made a huge mistake and missed the show in the Saturday Afternoon as I thought my tickets were for the evening . The girls got us sorted and got us seats for the evening show . I was not disappointed with the show either it was amazing . Thanks very much to those two ladies for making our night and offering fabulous customer service . Very Much appreciated . 5 out of 5 .

    The Woman in Black
This was the first time i had been to the theatre in years. The building is lovely inside. I was in the upper circle and i could see just fine. There is a bar on all the levels. You could pre order but I didn’t. I bought a Stella lager and a bottle of that cost £5.45, cans were £6. You cannot take in your own alcohol, but you can take in soft drinks in plastic bottles and snacks. The show itself was ok, the actors were believable- it was a nice distraction for a Friday night.

    Felt let down
I went with my partner to see Swan Lake. I had seen it before, but my partner hadn't. The dancers were clearly highly professional and accomplished. However, the lack of a the stage setting/back drop / costumes was evident; it looked like they were in rehersal ! Some form of costume and stage set would have been welcome. I can only assume that the funding has been cut. It was a bit of a let down, particularly as the tickets/venue is expensive.

    A rare and magical opportunity
La Traviata... Magical experience. Me and four young teens. So far, yip, so scary... especially as two are awaiting an autistic spectrum disorder confirmation, one has severe anxiety and the "normal" one is maybe not! I can't say thank you enough for this incredible opportunity and amazing experience. We went to the accessible performance, and we wouldn't have been able to go if such opportunities weren't available. The "young ladies" adored the performance, as did I. Please reassure the ice-cream salesman I was happy to pay the equivalent of the ticket price for an ice-cream each and juice for that experience. Xxx PS we stayed after at the youth hostel

Paid full price for tickets in row L of the dress circle to see Les Mis and from our seat we could only see the bottom half of the barricades and nothing on stage above head height , at one point we could only see the bottom half of the person singings boots , this is disgraceful and mis selling as these seats should be clearly marked restricted view and discounted heavily. This show is running at this venue until early january, the tickets were expensive and i think atg tickets and the management of the theatre should expect a flood of complaints regarding it. I note that the atg website now says some of the stage may be obstructed but it did not say that at the time we booked the tickets nor were they discounted in any way. We had to wait over two years to see this show due to covid cancellations and feel terribly let down .

Visited to see a show. The theatre itself is beautiful and the amenities were clean and in good working order.

The refreshments queue was huge, but we expected this. Before we went in 2 bottles of coke costed just over £5. When we returned during the interval it costed £8.

The chairs were comfortable enough but I am 5'10 and could barely fit my legs in, I had my knees pressed up against the back of the chair in front.

All of this we could have coped with but we ended up having to leave early because it was so unbelievably hot inside. We weren't the only ones.

Not sure we would go back, I begrudge paying to be squished into the seat in front and having to pay silly prices for a cold drink during the interval.

This beautiful theatre is always a pleasure to go to. Very comfortable as well with excellent coffee shop as well as rest areas and other facilities. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The production of Cluedo fantastic. It was so funny fast moving and the cast worked hard as well moving scenery as the plot thickened as well as a lively polished performance from all the cast. Well known actors from tv and other genres held your attention all the way through. Costumes also of the era of the plot and so eye catching too. Location is as most of Glasgow easy access with lots of car parks nearby. Looking forward to the next performance there.

Went to see The Book of Mormon, the show itself is absolutely stellar but the theatre was absurdly hot, so miserably hot that it distracted from the enjoyment of the show. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, but run off their feet. I was also sadly sat behind a very tall gentleman and missed parts of the show visually as a result, a product of the outdated seating layout. If you can avoid seeing a show here I'd recommend elsewhere.

Very good performance of "Pretty Woman", but....bought a large glass of wine before hand. It cost £11.50. I was then told price included a £1 deposit for the "glass" (it was plastic!) which was redeemable. I finished my drink and took the glass back to the bar, only to be told the deposit was only redeemable at the end of the performance. I had to keep the glass to the end, but didn't wait to redeem my £1 as there was a queue. I wonder how much the theatre makes on this dodgy practice. This is extremely poor and while the sum involved is not significant it is a very annoying practice! watch out and don't be fleeced by the theatre.....VERY POOR!
Also we were squashed in like sardines, not a good experience.

My partner and I booked upper row circle seats (B15 and B16) to see Pretty Woman for my birthday. However my partner ended up sitting on her own as after 20 minutes I could no longer sit is such a cramped uncomfortable seat. I’m only 5’8” and could not sit squarely in my seat. The was no air conditioning and the theatre was extremely hot. The women in front complained that my foot was in the back of her chair so I had no alternative but to leave and stand right at the back for the rest of the performance

To make matters worse, we bought two medium size glasses of white wine at the internal costing £19!!!!! We had previously been in town and bought the same for less than half that price. There was no transparency on the pricing and if we had known how exorbitant the prices were we would have gone without

The only saving grace was the performance was great. I regret though that we won’t be returning again and warn others of our experience before they book

This was a fabulous play. Just the two main characters, Stephen Tompkinson and Jessica Johnson. They were highly entertaining. Jessica actually reminded me of the great Julie Walter's when she first burst onto the stage.
Would recommend highly

Carmen was amazing. It was a total nightmare getting everyone into theatre before show. We had one minute before show started. Absolutely bad management to get people into their seats before show started. The seats were uncomfortable & everyone around me were fidgeting & trying to get comfortable! Nope

Saw Les Miserables on 23rd December. Fabulous production. Quick covid vaccine check on entry with friendly staff. However our timed entry was one hour before the show started and most seats in the foyer areas have been removed. As I was with elderly parents this was not ideal. Most people complying to civid safety requirements. Overall an excellent show and memorable day out.
