Good food pub atmosphere

Great food and pub atmosphere. My only problem With there is that they don't advertise enough. I often forget about the place. Advertise more because ur a great place to eat !

Fantastic meal in the centre of Glasgow on Saturday night. 2 courses and a bottle of wine for £30. Food was delicious and piping hot. If I hadn't already booked a table for Sunday night I would have been back here. On the top of my list for my next overnight in Glasgow :-)

I booked this place for a group of us to celebrate a leaving night from the office and it did not disappoint. Food was good, we were looked after well by the staff and had a semi private area all to ourselves for the evening. Would highly recommend

Had a cocktail masterclass at Strata last night. We were in a party of 20. We arrived at 4pm and were given a welcome cocktail by the barman in charge of the masterclass. He was great, very friendly and had lots of good chat. We went on to make two cocktails which probably weren't to everyones taste but that would... More

Bought an Itison voucher and booked a table for 4 for a Friday night. Very very busy and fairly noisy, however, it was a Friday night. Our voucher included a cocktail from a choice of 4. Unfortunately the menu does not confirm exactly what is in them so we ended up with cocktails with bourbon in them which would not... More

Ordered the chicken supreme and the portion size was quite small I was still hungry afterwards, I'd expect a bit more considering the price. Staff were friendly although food still took a while on a quiet Tuesday night.

Came here for a leaving do on Friday night. Even at 5pm it was quickly getting full. We had the space upstairs which is great for groups. The bar downstairs turned over drinks quickly so no one was waiting long. We had a fun evening in the buzzing atmosphere. It's not a quiet evening but that isn't why people go!

All in all a nice wee venue with a rustic feel, cocktails very good, food was OK but the service was very poor indeed. I would not avoid it but certainly would not go out my way to revisit. The staff had little knowledge of current deals and were unprofessional at every encounter, even waited 2 hours for the food.

Had cocktail masterclass & dinner here last night. Had a brilliant time. Staff great to deal with prior to visit & on the night. Food was amazing & cocktail lesson good fun. Guy who took this was doing it for 1st time & made it fun. Would recommend here for night out or simply for a meal.

I had a 5pm booked for Saturday night where upon arrival the menu was completely different from the one advertised on 5pm. When questioned the staff were very rude about this and didn't seem apologetic at all. I was informed it was up to 5pm to let me know of any changes to the menu and it wasn't the restaurants...
