Went to see Rick Astley here, he was great. The Concert hall was easy to find and all levels inside were easily reached. Nice place to visit.

We went to see Billy Ocean at this venue this evening & the sound was dreadful. Unfortunately we will be returning to watch the Beach boys! Billy Ocean is a very talented guy, however the venues sound system led to his vocals being drowned out by louder backing singers and musical instruments! Another big negative was staff members showing music... More

If your visiting Glasgow and going to the Royal Concert Hall for a gig may I suggest you take a bus, Buchanan bus station is 2 minutes from the Holiday Inn, and the Inn is just across the road from the Concert Hall. The staff at the hall are very friendly, you can leave your coat in cloak room (£1... More

First time I have been in the Royal concert hall (appalling as I live 15 minutes away😀😀😀). Excellent venue for an amazing show. No matter where you sit seats have a good view of the stage. Accoustic's were amazing and so were the performers- have waited for ages to see a show like this and was better than I imagined.... More

Had the great pleasure of attending a concert here starring our own Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti accompanied by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. As always the acoustics, seating and viewing aspects were excellent. Get there around 45min to 1 hour ahead of time to grab late tickets (although they may be top price left by that time!). But if early... More

I visited the Royal Concert Hall just recently for a one day event. With 320 people in the audience, we were inside the Strathclyde Suite, which is on the 3rd floor. There is good wheelchair access and while the room was plenty big enough, it was like a sauna! Way too hot to sit in all day. The chairs weren't... More
