Craigtoun Park is a 47 acre park only 2 miles from St Andrews. The park itself is open 24/7 and it's a great day out for the whole family. During the season try the Rio Grande railway, Crazy Golf, Putting and Puffin,Billy - the road train that takes you round the whole Park. There are boats and pedaloes, a Bouncy castle and pedal cars for the little uns all open 10 - 5 weather permitting.

The cafe is open every Saturday throughout the year and every day from April 1st to the end of October. It serves hot and cold food, teas and coffees and has a huge selection of ice creams.

The paid for attractions open on 1st April this year and are then open every weekend and all Fife School holidays until the end of October 2017. More detail on our own website.

We've visited Craigtoun in the past and we're delighted to see some more improvements with a new accessible swing seat as well as a larger birds nest swing and a wheelchair accessible roundabout. Cafe area had been upgraded. Staff all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Activities good value and everything well maintained.

it was wonderful returning to Craigton Park after so many happy childhood memories. It is now run by a volunteer group who do a fantastic job and are so dedicated to maintaining it and providing a great safe day out for all the family. The park is free to enter which is fantastic so it is available to all! You... More

1st time here with wife and two young kids but won't be our last. Was a bit chilly when there but sun was doing its best to shine which made it OK. Bought tickets for some of the attractions and went on tractor ride and train which was great fun. Wanted to go on the boats but the queue was... More

This is a brilliant place for younger children. Our party consisted of three sixteen year olds, a twelve and a thirteen year old. They all enjoyed the boats and the mini zip wire! It was a last minute decision at approx 3.00pm. We were pleased with the facilities even though our Children were a little too old! Ideal for a... More

Great park to spend the day in, was bit cold today so didn't stay as long as would have liked. All the members of friends of craigtoun were lovely and helpful. Kids loved the train and tractor rides, they mentioned the tractor couldn't go on normal route as the bridge is under repair but kids still loved it. We bought... More

Had a great day out during the Easter holidays and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it along with the adults!! The only downside of the day was the food in the cafe, burger was not cooked through and chips were still hard, we never expected much from it but cooked food would be a given. Maybe a picnic next time.

We bought the family ticket at £20 and while we needed it for the small steam train, rowing boats and small bike area everything else including bouncy castles was free. Café was open and was excellent value for money but only one person serving and one person in kitchen so it was pretty busy. Lots of picnic tables so take... More

We visited the park today with 2 7 month old babies and a 5 year old it is clear to say we won't be back after the way we were treated! I went to change my babies nappies not only to find poo all over the mat, toilet roll everywhere and just dirty in general after approaching the staff they... More
