Beautiful park

Great for a leisurely walk, plenty of places to explore and great for Pokemon hunting too! Take a picnic on a nice day and you could easily spend the whole day.

Affectionately known as 'The Glen' this is a large open area with children,s play area, natures trails, greenhouses, a small museum (seasonal opening times), a very affordable restaurant. Plenty space for kinds to enjoy being outdoors, the squirrels like being fed some nuts as well. Beautiful peacocks roam around freely.

Beautiful walks with large spaces for children and dogs! Great playing areas for children, plenty of picnic tables, cafeteria and a greenhouse beside a walled garden. For the more adventurous, Pittencrief Glen adjoins the park, with beautiful Dunfermline Abbey alongside.

Such a beautiful park and a real must, spent quite a long time feeding squirrels and playing in the park with our three year old.

First visit here and enjoyed a very long walk exploring this park. Lots of open spaces, lovely woodland walks, beautiful grounds and fabulous views of the Forth Bridges. It did of course help that we had blue skies and sunshine. Highly recommended.

Excellent for a scenic stroll and the hot houses are great. Trees just now are in bloom and the colours are amazing.
