Popped in for some assistance massage to release my spasming quads and tight calves and hamstrings. Received a professional, injury specific and friendly massage that really helped. Totally recommend the practice and wish I'd had time to go back for more!

Booked the signature treatment which consisted of deep tissue massage, head massage and foot massage. Therapist was excellent and lower back pain now gone.

Great place for a pamper! Had a wonderful afternoon having a Swedish massage, can't thank the therapist enough one of best I've had. I've had extremely sore shoulders and neck recently so was great having those areas concentrated on. Didn't feel rushed at all and nice ambience and feel to the place when I arrived. To top it off I... More

This was a great new experience, as I had never had this style of massage before. Peter was very relaxed but able to get into the muscle areas well. I left feeling rejuvenated and well aligned again. I would recommend this as a deep massage to those who don't like a light relaxation massage when you leave feeling the same... More

I have just returned following a massage with Piotr at OMH Therapies. I cannot praise his expertise highly enough, I am naturally a very tense individual and to say I am chilled following the treatment is an understatement. At all times I was treated with such respect and my privacy maintained throughout the massage. I would have no hesitation in... More

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage at OMH therapies. The experience was professional, very friendly and also informative. As an added bonus I got some great lifestyle and self help advice. I would definitely recommend it, but deep tissue massage isn't for the faint hearted - be prepared for some pain. No pain, no gain! Left feeling like a... More

Lovely friends reflexology treatment in relaxing and comforting surroundings. I loved the ambience, welcomed into the rooms with cheerful smiles and positivity. We didn't feel rushed and was a perfect way to spend the morning. Sadly I didn't get my therapists name but she was amazingly kind, helpful and full of hints & tips for wellbeing. I'll definitely go back,

I come here weekly for yoga sessions and it can be such a good break from the stressful world at the end of the day or a needed boost of energy for the remainder. The people here are so welcoming and friendly and the environment immediately brings you in to a better place of mind.

I work close by and so noticed this new boutique spa when it opened, and finally got round to booking an appointment for an Indian Head Massage a few weeks ago. I was feeling a little tired and drained and thought this might be a nice pick-me-up. I could not have been more right! I received a friendly welcome when... More

I have had a lot of Shiatsu treatments in the past, and was slightly apprehensive about trying out a new therapist. I needn't have worried. Giovanna was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very welcome, and was a sensitive and knowledgeable practitioner. She combined the Shiatsu with Chinese Massage, which I'd never tried before, but would certainly have again. The... Staying in New Town

Neighbourhood Profile
New Town
Suits and shopping bags rule the streets of New Town, until after dark when strappy dresses come out to play. This is the city’s central business district with its smaller offices, clothes boutiques, and many of the city’s flashiest restaurants and ritziest clubs. The architecture along roads like George Street helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned Georgian development of regal townhouses, geometric squares, and self-important statues. But it’s also a very wanderable neighbourhood, with a healthy bustle at almost any time of day and fine people-watching in places like St Andrew's Square which fills with picnickers around lunch. You’ll also find a series of cheerful basement bistros on Hanover Street, while dark Rose Street has something of the feel of an undiscovered back alley and is chock-full of characterful pubs and small independent shops.
