Unlike some museums this one is not overwhelming. You can probably see the highlights in less than three hours. But the quality of much of the collection is quite good and the curatorial material is well done.

Very good gallery. Exhibits are well planned and organized. I especially liked the Impressionist paintings. If you have time, it is also worth the short walk to Queen street and the Natl Portrait Gallery....also first rate!

I absolutely adored this museum! The artwork is truly magnificent. A real bonus that this is free! I've been to a few in my time and paid an awful amount of money to see a handful whereas this is truly brilliant! Highly recommend this museum!

Suits and shopping bags rule the streets of New Town,
