Good music and amazing staff. Can't recommend this place enough. If you know the kind of music being played and are interested in it you'll have a great night. I love The Bongo Club <3

Music was great, heavy DnB on the night we went first time in Bongo, will definitely be back once the refurb is done! Staff were great drinks were same price as anywhere else!

My friends and I were only enquiring as to how much the club was to enter. We were all sober and only trying to ask politely. We were told it was £6.50 for entry before midnight and, having heard only mediocre reviews from multiple friends...More

The bongo is a bit of a scruffy no-nonsense place but they put on a huge variety of different nights and the drinks are cheaper than most places these days. Some nights are good to go to regardless of who is playing but a lot...More

On Friday night (6th May) my two friends and I, all students, queued patiently to get into the club. As we approach the front of the queue the bouncers take an older guy who had joined us in the queue away to the side (we...More

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its
labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests
this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly
visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
