Just somewhere nice to walk the dog really. The climb up the hill is obviously good for you and the dog. Other dog walker too. I’ve never really had any problems there though

Went with friends small children (6 and under). Had a great time, plenty of space for football and Frisbee throwing before going for an explore in the woods and ending up by the play park. Great fun was had by all.

Take the dogs for a walk around this park for hours on end. Lovely views around the Observatory and miles of paths to explore. Crossing the blue metal bridge to the cemetery and looking at the details on the headstones whiles away many an hour....More

This is a great park for going for a walk or run or to do some excercise on the grass, was full of friendly people out for a stroll or just walking their dogs

Decent walk quite close to home for us. Well kept footpaths, decent cycle trail, great views and plenty of conker trees 😊 Looking forward to a walk round the park with the missus once the snow hits.
