Built on the hillside within the beautiful Glentress Forest (part of Tweed Valley Forest Park), our Go Ape Peeblesshire Tree Top Adventure makes good use of the valley for some jaw dropping exposure, and features our highest zip wire over the reservoirs in the valley.

Take to the trees and speed down zip slides. They’re part of an exciting course of rope bridges, Tarzan swings and crossings; all set high above the forest floor.

If you’re looking for things to do near Edinburgh, extend your day out with us. The small town of Peebles is just 2.5 miles away and has a great High Street with more independent shops than any other town in Scotland for great days out with the family.

This is has to be one of GoApes best so far it's set in the glentress forest national park and is just simply beautiful. The staff here are also so friendly and engaging. When we went it was snowing but we were wrapped up well with lots of layers and the snow falling just made it more magical and fantastic.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Peebles Go Ape. I must say that I was very nervous because I'm not great with heights however the staff were great. Because you are in charge of ensuring you are connected at all points and doing this correctly, you do not think too much about the fear of being so high! The Zip... More

What a horrific experience!! Haha It was terrifying, emotionally, physically and mentally! The staff were helpful and willing to give our group the support we needed. I have nothing to complain about and I am amazed I completed it. However, I don't think I'll be doing it again anytime soon! It is challenging but we were in a group with... More

Would highly recommend this as a day out for couples or families (children must be 10 years old and over a certain height). You're given training in the harness equipment and then talked through a simple zip wire process - great fun. Then it's onto the course. All the activities are challenging, some harder than others, but once you trust... More

Excellent Location. Best zip rides in UK. Aberfoil is 2nd. You're too busy concentrating on doing the course & remembering to correctly clip on to stay safe to look down or worry about the height. Staff are very experienced and help you through the safety aspect and they are very friendly. The zip wire rides were amazing and the Tarzan... More

My boyfriend and I booked in advance and were fortunate ringgit to get a good day at go ape. Neither of us had been before and were both impressed. The guides were very approachable. If your afraid of heights I would recommend going to go ape. Really easy to follow and very safe. The only thing you have to do... More

Great fun for adrenaline junkies with attentive staff. There is also a nice café on site to recover afterwards.

Myself and a group of my mountain biker friends decided to try out the Go Ape course we so often ride below. Many of us do a variety of adventure sports and through this would be a breeze. My legs were like jelly the majority of the way around, the zip lines were incredible! The staff were very friendly and... More
