New Garden Cafe, absolutely delicious soups, lovely cakes and great, friendly service. It is back to being more of a tearoom rather than a bistro. The menu is small but all home made and fresh ingredients. The salads looked lovely, will try them next time....More

Enjoyed a pleasant walk in the gardens with the dog. So it's not as big or impressive as Poolewe or Alnwick Gardens, but it's a pleasant to spend an hour or so walking around. The shop has nice gifts and there is a restaurant but...More

Housed in a converted stable the Courtyard Cafe offers an excellent selection of food and drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our tea and scones by the log stove. Although they were slightly more expensive than those offered in similar venues in the Peebles area.

Pleasant gardens but cafe and entrance fee expensive. Fine for pre-schoolers but not terribly engaging for children otherwise.

What a lovely place, the gardens are gorgeous, lovely walks around too. We were very pleased to see it was one of the few gardens where dogs are allowed. Well worth a visit, nice tea room as well

We visited the garden during a visit to Peebles. We were initially drawn to it by the fact that it has a putting green. We thoroughly enjoyed the gardens, including the butterflies, the roses and the lovely water features throughout. There are plenty of different...More

These gardens are well worth a visit if you are in the area. An almost circular walk takes you into a fabulous walled garden, including a separate rose garden - the gardeners do a marvellous job keeping it tidy. There are two small glass greenhouses...More

£5. The gardens may be worth it but stay well clear of the cafeteria, very poor hygiene standards. The toilet had no hand cleaning liquid/lotion. A nearby alternative is Dawyck. Much higher standards.
