Small local business giving demonstrations of glass blowing + excellent shop with vases, paper weights and other fine souvenirs. Owners happy to chat and show the process but small groups best as then you can see the whole "show" - good value objects on sale.

We had a excellent time! Our eldest is 4 years old and the glass men took time to explain everything and were really wonderful. A special time. So so so worth a visit. Wonderful craftsmen.

I have ordered a common riding coloured paper weight which the owner is posting out to me only because I wasn't in Hawick long enough. Lots of choice and you can watch the guy at work .
