Many thanks for your review the Visitor Centre is closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday in September and October. We are just starting to see the Autumnal colour changes now although a little early yet another week or so and the colours will be wonderful....More

Staff not particularly friendly on arrival, but we enjoyed following the paths around the garden. Information boards useful and quite a lot of the tree's labelled which is always helpful. We decided not to stop for coffee but went on to have in Inverary instead.More

Beautifully laid out & maintained. After your relaxing walk why not visit the cafe\gift shop. Dogs are welcome but please be sure to clean up after them.More

Many thanks for the positive review, I would agree that the café is the ideal way to end a relaxing walk. Dogs are allowed in the garden on a short lead, under control and owners are aksed to clean up after their dog. Many Thanks...More

Arrived on a wet morning. Staff were very welcoming and gave lots of information. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk. the views over Loch Fyne were great and very relaxing. Enjoyed tea and cake.

Visited here with family. Decided not to go round the gardens though from what I could see, they looked nice. I do think NT prices are too dear for non members. The shop and cafe were nice. My soup was delicious. Worth stopping for this....More

Very beautiful garden, definitely worth a visit. I really enjoyed strolling trough the gardens and taking in the diversity of the trees and plants. The gardens holds quite some exotic plants and trees. The paths are quite hilly, so make sure to wear suitable shoes....More
