I organised a visit to the studio with my fellow students from Gray's School of Art and had a really great day drawing, looking through the piles of drawings and etchings and of course admiring the exquisite sculptures. The volunteers/staff couldn't be more accomodating -...More

Wonderful and amazing visit to this little gem of an artist's studio. Would love to go again. Unfortunately as there is not a lot of space in the museum think it would be a challenge for a disabled person.

This is a superb collection of sculpture and drawings/etchings by a gifted artist whose time of serious recognition has, I think, yet to come. I have been aware of this collection for most of my adult life and feel the need to re- visit it...More

For those interested in art, the studio is a 'must-see' - it must have one of the most comprehensive collections of an artist's work in the UK. For those not so fussed by sculpture (and the excellent collection of drawings) Lamb's life story is sufficient...More
