These gardens are azhaven if rest in the middle of the busy city. Can be accessed from Union Terrace, by The theatre r from the road below. Plenty of seats and paths for a quiet walk. Especially on a sunny day Plenty of trees and flowers So glad the plans to cover citrus were stopped

I had heard on the news about this place: plenty of money offered to improve it, but cah rejected by the city. What a strange decision. UTG is best avoided. THis is no place to bring your family. Go and find another park.

Centrally located stretch of greenery with some nice floral displays. Popular for picnickers in the summer and locals taking a breather. At various points in the year they often have circuses, balls In a marque and even art and fairs in this Central Park.

A lovely park right in the city centre! Great place for a picnic or a hang out on a beautiful day, would recommend! There was some concert there when I visited, which was nice.

It was only while showing a visitor round my beautiful Mither Toon on a bright sunny day that I realised how proud I am of Union Terrace Gardens with its memories of playing on the summer grass and dancing at evening open-air concerts in the very heart of the sparkling granite city. A short stroll round the outskirts, admiring the... More

I was in the garden this morning, and the sunshine is so well, making me feel so relaxed when I was sitting on the chair in the garden. It was very quiet around, and this garden is so close to the city center, so you can have a Great walk after having your lunch!! It is also good for dog... More

This garden in the city centre is great for picnics and relaxation. It is especially great during the summer months. Although recent news suggests it is not very safe, so I would encourage you remain highly vigilant while here.

I love this park out of the way of the main bustle of the city. The kids love watching the trains as they go past, and there is always something to do during the holidays there thanks to the friends of Union Terrace. A lot of the time the Aberdeen Play Forum have some play activities going on during the... More

What a shame the chance of redevelopment was knocked back here. Total dump, no facilities, nothing to do here except admire the rows of bookmaker and charity shops in union street. Could be so much better
