Went here at the same time as the beach. Love the little coloured houses and the church too. Leads to a small playpark for kids too. Well worth a visit.

Near Aberdeen beach this is a lovely find. A small fisher village in the heart of a bustling town. Walk round the old streets, admire the sheds. This is a walk into Aberdeen's fishing history. Charming and so alive.

Old traditional streets where not much has changed in a long, long time. Original old houses with quaint little gardens and outbuildings. A leisurely walk round here takes you back in time. Great for a relaxing stroll just minutes from the hustle and bustle of...More

I think this place is delightful. I love the fact that really old buildings sit alongside more modern (but tasteful) ones. We chanced upon Shelagh Swanson's mosaic wall in progress and joined in, thanks to her. We loved walking around here.

This is one of our family's favourite places! Just take your time, don't rush and look at those little gardens and wee houses... I bet some locals would tell you some stories about this place ;)

Nice little village with cute houses and a view over the beach. There is a seafood restaurant there but we didn't try that. Definetely worth the visit.

Not sure what the hype is about here. Not as much character and charm as what I was led to believe. Nice walk on the beach to get to the place, but a let down once I arrived.

Lovely place to visit. A walk along the promenade and the village is at the end. People actually live there but it will make you want a house there. It even has it's own Church. Lovely visit even on a wild windy day.

Yes you can walk it in twenty minutes or so, but goes past the docks so is not very pleasant for a stroll! Best bet is to drive and park at the sea front for free.
