The Castle Gate in Derry Ireland is not one of the original 4 gates (Shipquay, Butcher, Bishop, Ferryquay are the original 4). Its a walk-through gate added about 200 years ago. Not bad, less history.

Under the gate on a Saturday (and maybe week days as well) is a stall selling Celtic and Derry city scarves, and other souvenirs such as purses and cigarette lighters
