Four of us tried the baths on Sunday - two adults and two kids - recommend under 10s share the two bath suite - excellent and very relaxing - highly recommended.

Hi there. In order to heal any part of the body the area needs good blood flow. The seaweed bath dilates the blood vessels and increases the blood flow to the surface of the skin. We have had a few people with shingles... More
