The Soak seaweed baths is one of those 'not to be missed' experiences. I've been visiting Soak since it opened about 10years and delighted to report that it keeps getting better. There are various seaweed baths across Ireland but Soak is the 'gold standard' against which the others can be judged. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean, the option of having... More

I highly recommend this place. I have been only twice over the years, but I am definitely looking forward to another soak soon. The team is friendly, the location is beautiful, and it is a definite must after a nice long hike in the Mournes. I will be back this month and I cannot wait!

This was my first experience of the Soak seaweed baths and I cannot recommend it enough! I was a little apprehensive about lying in a bath with seaweed, but I loved every minute of it - the oils from the seaweed itself feel so luxurious and you just can't help but relax! I also had a massage and can honestly... More

I went to this spa as part of a birthday treat with my wife. There are lots of treatments and pampering packages available but we had a seaweed soak. I must admit when i heard I was going there for this I thought yuk, really! But listen up, this was great, different but great. The package lasted one hour and I... More

I recently visited Soak as I had received a gift voucher. I decided to have a facial rather than the seaweed bath. On arrival I spoke to a gentleman on reception who was very welcoming and friendly. I didn't have to wait long until a beautician took me to the treatment room. The treatment room was very pleasant with low... More

We decided we were in desperate need of some relaxation and distressing after a difficult year so booked a midweek stay at Soak. We arranged it all via email with Steve and everything was very easily organised. We chose the Twos Company package. We were met by Dermot and shown to our apartment - wow a great place to stay.... All i can say is relax cause this is exactly what this place does. Customer service is great and price is cheap, staff cant do enough for you, plenty of choice for music and everything is explained great.

I visited Soak today with my best friend for the Rub-a-Dub-Dub experience. It was absolutely amazing and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few hours in complete relaxation. When we arrived, Dermott greeted us and gave us a very warm welcome - a lovely guy who was great fun. We were then taken into the bathroom,... More

A friend from Belfast recommended Soak. I'm not great at heat, baths or relaxation but fancied the benefits of seaweed. You control depth of bath, heat. You can cool down with a cold shower, choose your music and volume. With all this under your control you can customise the experience. The first half I struggled but finally relaxed and time...
