As someone who lives in a very flat, boring part of England, visiting this gorgeous Forest park and the waterfalls was a sheer pleasure! I was on a daytrip so squeezed in a visit on the way back to the airport as the sun was...More

Stunning setting, great walks, majestic waterfalls. Even a red squirrel. I've marked it down on two scores. One is the facilities. Most of the interactive exhibits weren't working and the displays themselves are tired and neglected. And the cafe was closed (a Sunday in September...More

Went to the forest park for the first time in a number of years today. The kady taking the entrance fee was friendly and at £5 reasonably priced considering the size of park to be upkept. Visited the teahouse for some breakfast and had some...More

When we arrived, we visited the cafe, (toilets beside it) which was quaint with lovely friendly staff. There are a few different length walks that are marked out, including the rainbow bridge and waterfalls. Good sturdy footwear is a must, as the paths can be...More

Both walks do have hills. The waterfall trail is beautiful, it's 1.5miles or so but does have a few steep hills.

I've seen several on the trail, it's all outdoors except for an extremely small structure at the falls.
