Our family of 4, staycation began at the Titanic and Nomadic, then moved a couple of miles down the Lough to Belfast's WOW, as members of the RSPB, entrance was free, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed observing families of birds, ducks, rabbits, swans, ponies and butterflies, truly magic. We visited at high tide, and were not disappointed!!

I always start from a position of wanting to give Belfast attractions a positive review. I grew up here and delight in sharing how far we have come and what we have to offer. Sadly, I resent giving this attraction even 1 star. Perhaps it has something to offer dedicated bird watchers but I don't know what. There is a... More

My partner sadly was working over Christmas being free thought I would visit , having passed the lodge many time. Spending good couple of hours Belfast window on the lough. Exactly what it said on the sign !! WOW !! Window on wildlife . Nestling in the heart of the Belfast Harbour Estate, on the Airport side. Purfect home for... More

beautiful area, lovely walks and great for a nice long winters day walk. If you time it right then you can see some gorgeous sunsets. I loved my walks along the shores of the Lough, just remember your midge cream in the height of summer.

Surrounded by the urban thrawl and industry, Belfast Harbour Lough is a great palce to view wildlife. Newly renevated, the centre is fantastic Window on Wildlife. The outer hides though could have been designed better. They are open to the air, windows dont open and can be hard to see through with optics. Other than that its a great place.

Amazing to see what goes on in the heart of the city that most people don't know about! After their recent refurb, the Nature reserve (now named Belfast Window on Wildlife) is an amazing resource, for both avid bird watchers and the general public. I highly recommend a visit!

What a fantastic new wildlife centre in the city! I loved that there were scopes and binoculars on hand to use and the very friendly volunteers to tell me what I was looking at (like the title of this review!). Parking was easy. A great place to spend an hour or so.

I took my two girls for a walk this afternoon. It was blustery but surprisingly this did not blow the birds away!! It's a great place for exercise and to see some different birds, kids loved it.

We arrived in Belfast an hour too early to even check in for our flight, and since we were RSPB members, decided to pop along. It's a real pity you can't check in from there, since it would out do any airline lounge by a country mile! We were only there 45 mintes, but saw loads of birds from behind... More
