We reserved our tickets on-line when we arrived in Belfast. The tickets have a timed entry. Since we were early, we walked over to the SS Nomadic that was in the same area as the Titanic Experience. Our ticket included admission to there as well. All aspects of the exhibition were very well done, and we really enjoyed our stay, including the Shipyard Ride. Since we were on a tour and had to meet our group for dinner, we could not spend as much time here as we wanted. I would recommend between 3-4 hours depending on the crowds. Some areas were a little more congested than others as you walk through the exhibits. They also have a couple nice gift shops on the first floor.

Both my wife and I enjoyed the exhibition from start to finish. Extremely well thought out with no silly gimmicks. Really dramatic atmosphere towards the end featuring the tragic sinking. All the staff were happy, friendly and very knowledgeable 10/10. Oh and Karen was lovely in The Pantry

Thoroughly enjoyed our morning here. So informative about the history of Belfast as well as the building of the famous ship. The experiences were a good mix of interactive, visual and audio as well as a gentle ‘ride’ through the workers building Titanic. The end of the experience, detailing those lost in the tragedy was very moving and sensitivity presented and we really enjoyed reading the survivors stories. A must see for any visitor to this beautiful city.

Was 50/50 about visiting initially as my interest level in the Titanic was moderate. However I would have kicked myself if I hadn't gone there.. so informative, well designed layout, great lighting and visual effects. If you are in Belfast you just have to visit.

The Titanic Museum is a must. Situated on the original docks where the Titanic was built, the museum takes you on a chronological journey through the history and the creation of the Titanic. It can take you around 3/4 hours to fully digest the information on show, so make sure you arrive early! It’s by far the best and most insightful museum I have ever been to, there’s even a ride half-way through!

The experience I had today is one I will remember for the rest of my life, for years it has been my dream to come to Belfast to the birthplace of the worlds greatest ship the RMS Titanic. Myself and my partner opted for the White Star Premium pass which allowed for a 1 hour guided tour (which I’ll explain below) as well as access all areas to the museum, the ticket also allows you entry to the Nomadic and a souvenir at the end of the trip. I won’t give away too many spoilers but it’s safe to say the museum is of the highest standard and you’ll love it. But I want take a moment to talk about our tour guide Pip, this gentleman has easily been the highlight of my trip to Belfast. A bit of backstory about myself, my late father was a Titanic historian who taught me everything I know about Titanic. We lost him when I was 9 (I’m 26 now) and I hadn’t heard anyone talk as passionately about Titanic until I met Pip today. Pip is a credit to the people of Belfast, from his passionate storytelling to the empathy he portrays to every person involved in building the ship, his raw emotion and connection to the ship genuinely put a tear in my eye this afternoon. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you did today Pip you brought the ship and it’s people back to life today.

We visited the museum back in March and had a wonderful time. Museum guide Fiona made our experience so memorable by sharing so much detailed knowledge about artifacts recovered and stories of the people who survived. Would recommend to anyone!

Well worth the cost - loads to see and do, and at least 90 minutes to get round if moving steadily. I went early (cheaper before 10am) and I also had the SS Nomadic in my ticket price. The Nomadic is worth the visit, a bit basic after the main museum, but a curiosity nevertheless. The main museum is a feast for the senses and the final section which looks at the wreck is a fitting way to complete the tour.

Superb visit. Lots of visitors but never felt overwhelmed. You definitely do not need the audio guide. It's not just about the disaster but covers the whole building of the ship and the importance of shipbuilding in the economy of Belfast in the early 19th century. A hard life.

The titanic tour was an experience I will never forget, our tour guide Rob was one in a million. After the tour finished I saw Rob upstairs and he went out of his way to show me some pictures that I mentioned to him about the staircase in the film. Anyway thank you Rob so much great guy great experience.
